Fitness Training means a lot of different things to many people in this new decade. To some the best programs are all determined by the aesthetic; how “cool” the workout looks, how attractive the trainer is, and how popular the brand is on social media. Simply put, many fitness training programs are judged by their ability to showboat.
While this is the new norm, this is not what AGT is about. Alexander Garcia Training is far more concerned with what’s going on internally with its community (confidence, self-belief, will-power, grit, etc ) than it is whether its members have a six-pack or not. Why? Because developing the mindset of a fighter and champion will get your much further in life than superficiality ever will. With the AGT mindset, one will find that anything is attainable. AGT’s goal is not for you to only impress others externally, it’s goal is for you to impress yourself with how strong you can get mentally, physically, and spiritually.
